Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, high order volume, or customs processing.

Possible Delays

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can occur. We kindly ask that you allow up to 15 business days from the shipping date before contacting us regarding a missing or delayed order.

Delayed Delivery Compensation

If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days from the shipping date, you will automatically qualify for a 50% refund of the purchase price.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the delivery delay has been confirmed.
